As a part of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC) 2026 activities, Kerala Public School, Burmamines organised the Swadeshi Sankalp Daud – Student Walk for Self-Reliance, along with the Swadeshi Sankalp Pledge, to promote the spirit of Atmanirbhar Bharat among students. The Swadeshi Sankalp Daud saw active and enthusiastic participation from students, who walked together with a strong sense of unity and national pride. The students conveyed powerful messages highlighting the importance of self-reliance, use of indigenous products, and support for local industries and artisans. After the walk, students took the Swadeshi Sankalp Pledge, pledging to adopt and encourage the use of Swadeshi products, uphold Indian values, and contribute positively to the nation’s progress. The activity helped students understand the relevance of self-discipline, confidence, and responsibility in both academics and life. The programme proved to be impactful and inspiring, successfully reflecting the objectives of Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026 by motivating students to stay focused, positive, and committed towards personal growth as well as national development.
