Kerala Public School, Burmamines observed the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri at Mum Kailash Temple with deep reverence and devotion. The celebration was attended by members of the school management and staff, who gathered to seek the divine blessings of Lord Shiva for the well-being and progress of the institution. The temple was beautifully decorated, creating a serene and spiritual atmosphere. Special Abhishekam of the Shivling was performed with offerings of milk, honey, curd, and belpatra, accompanied by the chanting of sacred mantras and “Om Namah Shivaya.” The rituals were conducted as per tradition, highlighting the spiritual significance of Mahashivratri as a night of prayer, reflection, and devotion.
