In this spirit, the foundational educators of the school recently participated in an intensive workshop on “Optimising the 5-Step Panchadi Approach for Foundational Holistic Learning”, conducted by the esteemed author and resource person, Ms. Sonia Relia ????. The workshop provided valuable insights into the structured 5-Step Panchadi Approach, encompassing Aditi (Introduction), Bodh (Conceptual Understanding), Abhyas (Practice), Prayog (Application), and Prasar (Expansion). These stages aim to create a comprehensive and engaging learning process for young learners. A key focus of the session was on fostering holistic development by aligning classroom practices with the six developmental domains and specific curriculum goals ????. The resource person also emphasized the importance of creating activity-based learning environments that are sustainable, engaging, and conducive to nurturing curiosity and competence among students. Aligned with the vision of implementing the National Curriculum Framework for Foundational Stage (NCF-FS), the workshop equipped teachers with innovative pedagogical tools and strategies to enhance classroom effectiveness ????.
