World Health Day 2026 was celebrated with great enthusiasm and awareness at Kerala Public School, Burmamines under the theme : "Together for Health, Stand with Science". The celebration aimed to promote the importance of a healthy lifestyle among students across all classes. A special Healthy Tiffin Box Initiative was undertaken for all the students from Nursery to Std. XII, encouraging them to bring nutritious and balanced meals. The initiative helped create awareness about healthy eating habits and the importance of proper nutrition from an early age. To further engage students, a variety of competitions were organized across different classes. A Poster Making Competition for Std. III to VI was conducted under the guidance of Mr. Aditya Kumar, allowing young learners to creatively express their ideas on health and hygiene. A Slogan Writing Competition for Std. VII & VIII was organized under the supervision of Ms. Baljinder Kaur, encouraging students to convey powerful health messages through impactful words. A Health Quiz Competition for Std. IX & XI was conducted under the guidance of Ms. Shweta Sharma and Mr. Sarabjeet Singh testing their knowledge and awareness about health-related topics.
