Students from Kerala Public School, Burmamines actively participated in the online workshop on Emotional Intelligence organised under the Tata Education Excellence Programme (TEEP), conducted by Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir. The session was designed to help students understand and develop emotional awareness, self-management, empathy, and interpersonal skills essential for personal growth and effective social interaction. The participants — Divyanshu Raj (VI C), Aniket Ghosh (VII B), Aakansha Sinha (VII D), Anvi Sinha (VIII D), and Abhigya Singh (VIII B) — enthusiastically engaged in the interactive online session, which included insightful discussions and activities focused on understanding emotions, managing stress, building positive relationships, and enhancing self-confidence. The workshop encouraged students to reflect on their emotional responses and adopt constructive approaches to handle challenges effectively. The students were guided by Teacher In-charge, Mr. Shubhodeep Sarkar, whose support and encouragement ensured their active participation and meaningful learning throughout the session. The workshop proved to be a highly enriching experience, equipping students with valuable emotional and social skills. It empowered them to develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and empathy, enabling them to navigate academic and personal challenges with confidence and emotional balance.
