Date : 09/04/2025 Event : World Health Day celebration 2025 (Day 2) Kerala Public School, Burmamines, organized an exciting and innovative event titled "Zero Heat, Maximum Health" as part of World Health Day celebrations. This fireless cooking competition was designed for students from Nursery to Standard XII, aiming to promote healthy eating habits and creativity in the kitchen without the use of any heat sources. The competition encouraged students to create healthy, nutritious, and visually appealing dishes using only raw or minimally processed ingredients. The event focused on the importance of balanced diets, proper nutrition, and the significance of cooking without heat to retain the maximum nutritional value of food.
